A new update for FuelTech Vision software is here! Version 00.02.24.00 brings a completely redesigned Dashboard, a brand-new Video Overlay tool, a Dynamometer Simulator, a launch-training game, and dozens of improvements across the Datalogger, Custom Functions, Maps, and more. Build your dash your way: Visual drag-and-drop editor, available on Desktop, FT700, tablet and phone. Group gauges, copy and paste, align with ruler and guides — building a dash is now fast and intuitive.
Much smoother: GPU-rendered dashes, with instant loading screen and page navigation without stuttering. Dashboard boot is noticeably faster.
Needles and gauges your style: Create needles from any image (SVG or PNG), use vector gauges, GIF animations and geometric shapes to make the panel your own.
Animated backgrounds: 12 animated background effects, with automatic day/night mode per page.
Colors without limits: Linear and radial gradients on gauges, bars, text, backgrounds and borders.
Cameras on the dash: New IP Camera and Analog Camera gauges right on the dashboard.

Video Overlay
Transform your track videos: New Desktop tool that overlays dash and telemetry onto your videos, with a timeline, chroma key, live charts and gauge editing right on the image.
Ready to use: Ready-made FT700 and FT700 Plus modes, plus a custom mode.
Plays any video: Automatically prepares an optimized version so you can work with HEVC, AV1, VP9 and above-1080p videos.
Fast and portable: Faster export and configuration saved to a file (.ftvo) for reuse.
Dynamometer Simulator
Run the dyno in software: Estimate your engine's torque and power curve straight from the map, like a dyno pull, without needing a dyno.
28 ready engines: Library with 28 models (Honda K/B, GM LS, VAG, Ford, Nissan, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru and Brazilian AP/Fiat/GM/VW), with target boost you can adjust.
Dial in the mixture safely: Compare target AFR with simulated AFR before hitting the dyno.
Right beside your tables: Appears as a panel next to the injection and ignition tables and updates on its own as you change the map.
Practice Tree Game — Train Your Launch
A real practice tree: Christmas Tree-style launch simulation, with 1- and 2-player modes, through the VCU buttons — train your reaction whenever you want.
Datalogger
More data to analyze: New channels for temperature, steering position, RPM-triggered outputs and FlexFuel compensation.
Math channels right in the log: Create and view your own channels with ready-made formulas.
The launch, spot on: Colored RPM bar showing the pre-launch states (burnout, 2-step…) and the log zeroed exactly at the valid launch.
Smart recording: Improved auto start/stop, log pause when writing a map and laps always recorded.
Better organized: Search bar in Min/Max values and the point-optimization option gathered under Settings.
Custom Functions
Command injection like never before: New actions let you compensate injection time and phase independently per bank and per cylinder, override the ethanol (flex) percentage and apply a high-resolution ignition cut — the perfect base for far more precise antilag and launch control strategies.
Take control of the lambda loop: New action to override the sensor target straight from your logic, with the priority you set.
Plenty of room to create: 50% larger workspace, up to 10 workspaces (was 4), copy and paste blocks and smooth navigation with drag-and-drop, cursor zoom and the "Fit" button to frame everything at once.
No ceiling on your creativity: Removed the artificial block limit — now you use the VCU's full capacity.
Build screens for the driver: The User Screen gained editors specific to each block type, plus free tables and text boxes to build your function's control panel.
Much handier editing: Select rows, columns or everything and edit multiple values at once; the measure selector opens in A→Z order; fields accept commas and decimals; the preview already shows the real interpolated value; and a warning highlight when an axis is out of order.
Protect your work: Lock your functions' logic and screens with a password, keeping your tune safe.
Maps
Redesigned Map Compare: New map overview, clearer layout.
Import straight from the home screen: New button to bring in a map right when the software opens.
Automatic Transmission
Direct P↔D shift: Go from Park (P) to 1st (D) and back without passing through the intermediate positions, with dedicated timing for each transition.
More reliable shifts: New debounce option on the gear position sensor.
Input Expander
More inputs over CAN: New screen to configure the input expander module, with analog and frequency inputs and a linearization table.
Engine & Crank Trigger
High-resolution RPM: New filtering modes — per-cylinder window and per-tooth — with a dedicated page and filter intensity adjustment, for a more stable RPM reading.
Alerts & Notifications
Know right away: PH-HV injector driver faults now appear as on-screen alerts, with a dedicated page on the display.
Custom Functions errors in plain sight: The system warns when a function has a problem and points to the source block.
Tire Size Compensation
Precision off the line: New tire-size compensation function, with independent adjustment for front and rear and the new 29.5 size.
Other Improvements
Pressure up to 300 psi: Pressure settings now go up to 300psi.
Total tables: See the final summed result of the compensations in Pro Nitrous and MFI Controller.
Faster boot and more responsive brightness: on the embedded panel.
