Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request return and send products back. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return authorization must be obtained from us before returning any component.

Restocking Fee
10% Restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

To complete your return, we require a completed RMA form and receipt or proof of purchase. You must obtain an RMA number from one of our support representatives before sending in any return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if approved by FuelTech USA).

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Gift Cards and FT Education Seminars. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to obtain an RMA number so you can return your item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (depending on the situation).
