OPEN ROLES


ACCOUNTING - STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary contact for daily accounting operations for accounts receivable and accounts payable.

  • Prepare Sales Tax Returns and reconciliations (multi-state)

  • Maintain documentation regarding sales and use tax requirements of various states

  • Support month-end and year end close process

  • Process expense reports

  • Balance Sheet, bank and credit card reconciliations.

  • Work with our Senior Accountant as needed

  • Maintenance and reconciliation of Petty Cash and event sales

  • Bank deposits

  • Processing of Customer returns and refunds

  • Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and collection responsibilities

  • Maintenance of vendor files and 1099 reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet
    Reconciliations)
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Sales and & Use Tax return preparation
  • Experience with the Sales tax exemption process and forms and 1099 reporting
  • Understanding of balance sheet and bank reconciliations
  • Strong data accuracy, and computer skills and experience with ERP accounting software packages (NetSuite preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Avalara preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel
  • Must have strong work ethic
  • Quick learner of automated systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • CPA or CPA candidate preferred

MOTORSPORTS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Motorsports Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical
problems when using our products and services. Motorsports Support Specialist
responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding
product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be
an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should be familiar with
high performance automotive tuning and wiring. Ultimately, you will help establish our
reputation as a company that offers excellent tech support aftermarket.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer technical phone calls and emails
  • Provide tech support services to FuelTech customers
  • Race Track technical support: May require travel

Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive performance and aftermarket
  • Aftermarket ECU tuning and installation experience
  • Understanding of internal combustion engines
  • Familiar with high performance automotive tuning and wiring
  • FuelTech experience is a plus - We provide training as long as the candidate has the
    base requirements
  • Be able to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone/email
  • Good team player
  • Passionate about cars and racing
  • Willing to travel to race track days and offer professional level support to FT customers
  • Spanish speaker is a plus

SHIPPER

Work in the Shipping Department to ensure that there is a constant flow of complete and correct outgoing shipments and internal record keeping by performing the following duties at the determined levels of efficiency and accuracy. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Prepare orders for shipment following pick lists.
  • Fills out all necessary paperwork with the required information for shipment
  • Adequately pack products to prevent shifting or damage in transit, and maintain integrity and quality of product.
  • Understand the selection of appropriate type and size of boxes.
  • Be able to take direction well.
  • Be able to meet production/accuracy standards required by the facility.
  • Properly shelve finished goods.
  • Be able to understand and meet all safety standards.
  • Be able to meet all regular hours.
  • Clean and maintain shipping areas for product quality and health & safety of employees.
