TECH SUPPORT

Job Description:

  • Receiving phone calls and helping customers with technical and sales questions
  • Providing customers with remote assistance
  • Troubleshooting problems with customers over the phone and over the internet
  • Assisting with R&D projects
  • Creating and sending estimates to customers
  • Travel will be required at times for race track support

Job Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge about engine management systems, internal combustion engines, automotive electrical systems and interpreting electrical diagrams
  • Experience installing and tuning EFI systems
  • Ability to diagnose/identify problems and present solutions for customers
  • Patiently explain technical information to customers in a way that is easy to understand
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and flexible to take care of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized & extremely motivated

SALES ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in retail sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

MEDIA ASSISTANT

Job Requirements:

  • Knows how to operate DSLR and is affluent in editing photos and videos
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Familiar with cars (not required but preferred)
  • Has an understanding of social media trends and algorithms
  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Able to attend promotional events and provide full coverage that can be translated to multiple platforms
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Communicate clearly with team members and directly with clients and encourage trusting relationship
  • Provide practical and creative input to scene planning
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Portfolio (not required but preferred)
