May 19, 2015

This weekend FuelTech was present at NHRA Southern Nationals and NMCA Muscle Car Nationals. Several cars with FuelTech FT500 competed for the highest place of the podium, check out the details:

National Hot Rod Association (NHRA):

The race was attended by high temperatures and the very hot track hindered the dispute between the turbo engines. The world famous tuner Steve Petty, who helped develop FT500 ECU was one of the few who managed constant hits on track with Troy Coughlin’s C7 Corvette C7, who won 2nd place in the Pro Mod class, one of the NHRA most competitive class!

National Muscle Car Association (NMCA):

NMCA race at Bowling Green, KY, had 3 cars with FuelTech FT500 ECU.

Keith Berry

Mark Woodruff

DeWayne Mills

DeWayne Mills’ Camaro raced against Mark Woodruff’s C6 Corvette, who won the race. Unfortunately, the rain returned and the event was cancelled during round 2. On June 18th the event returns with Keith Berry and Mark Woodruff, in Indianapolis.
