Requires

The NanoPRO has a 12-way connector with 3 wire groups. One of them has the connector for the O2 sensor, the second makes the CAN communication with Power FT ECU’s and the third is responsible for power and analog output.
The FuelTech NanoPRO has the same connector as the already established WB-O2 NANO, so if the vehicle already has a NANO installed, just disconnect it and install the new NanoPRO in the place that the probe signal reading will already be working.

FAQ

Can I replace my WB O2 NANO with a NanoPRO?
Yes, it is possible to replace the NANO with a NanoPRO using the same connector.

Can I use the NanoPRO without a FuelTech ECU?
Yes, the NanoPRO can be used individually, or even with other equipment that has an analog input (0 to 5V) for monitoring O2-sensor values.

Which O2-sensor can I use with the NanoPRO?
You can choose one of the models below, just configure the NanoPRO according to the desired model.
BOSCH LSU 4.2
BOSCH LSU 4.9
BOSCH LSU 5.2
NTK ZFAS-U2 (laboratory)
NTK ZFAS-A2 (PN: UAR0004)

Can I replace the sensor model I use in my project?
Yes, to replace the sensor model that is used with the NanoPRO, just change it, modifying the harness with the connector kits, or performing a new installation. That done, just change the settings of your NanoPRO and that's it!
Your car will already be operating with the new sensor.

I tuned my car with one sensor model and then chose to change to a different one. Do I need to change the O2 sensor parameters for closed loop?
No! After sensor replacement, simply change the configuration of your NanoPRO to the new model.

What kind of project will use/need quick heating mode?
For competitors using O2 sensor closed-loop fuel compensation and need O2 heating as fast as possible, even if it means a reduction in sensor lifespan.

Who is limited heating mode suitable for?
For applications with limited or low battery load capacity, such as motorcycles.
