FuelTech and FuelTech USA are not liable for any civil or criminal liability resulting from installation or use of products in violation of federal, state, or local laws or regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify the legal use of FuelTech products and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing vehicle emissions including California's CARB Executive Order which limits the use of our products to racing vehicles only.
