FT500LITE EFI!

October 05, 2015

FT500LITE EFI release!

The FT500LITE EFI module has all FT500 features such as sequential injection, new time based features, Pro-Nitrous package, programmable inputs and outputs, and other various features. Its major difference is the absence of the touchscreen. It is an ECU focused on cars where there is no need for a touchscreen, or even in old cars where the original look is important and often the ECU is "hidden" in the car.

You can now use all FT500 features with a more affordable price! Check out more information about FT500LITE EFI:

How will I setup the ECU without the screen? The configuration is done via computer through the mini USB cable and FT Manager Software, the same as FT500 ECU. Ignition calibration, dashboard and diagnostics panel, and all features of the FT500 can be accessed through the software.

If I change my mind, can I turn my FT500LITE to a FT500? Yes, you can turn your FT500LITE ECU into a FT500, you just need to send your ECU to FuelTech.

Is there a difference between your maps and engine tune? There is no difference. The harness is the same, the maps and the tune also remain the same. This means it is not necessary to make any changes to the harness or the maps. Alternatively, the tuner can make the car set-up with a FT500 and then send the map to the FT500LITE.

Can I use an external panel with FT500LITE? What models are supported? Any FT, including FT500LITE, can be connected to Racepak IQ3 or AiM dash panels via CAN network.
