Job Responsibilities:

SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
  • Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize Netsuite software to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and drive performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, and technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with customers and vendors.
  • Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and market analysis is advantageous.

MEDIA ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Must have 2 Years of Photography and Videography experience with a DSLR Camera

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite Software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Able to cutout products in photoshop for new products to be added to website

  • Knowledgeable in studio lighting and can set up a scene for interviews and new release announcements for YouTube

  • Develop new content strategies for social media platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok ect.

  • Archive photographic images and maintain database

  • Familiar with cars (not required but preferred)

  • Able to attend promotional events and provide full coverage that can be translated to multiple platforms

  • Communicate clearly with team members and directly with clients and encourage trusting relationship

  • Provide practical and creative input to scene planning

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Portfolio (not required but preferred)

MOTORSPORTS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Motorsports Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical
problems when using our products and services. Motorsports Support Specialist
responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding
product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be
an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should be familiar with
high performance automotive tuning and wiring. Ultimately, you will help establish our
reputation as a company that offers excellent tech support aftermarket.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer technical phone calls and emails
  • Provide tech support services to FuelTech customers
  • Race Track technical support: May require travel

Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive performance and aftermarket
  • Aftermarket ECU tuning and installation experience
  • Understanding of internal combustion engines
  • Familiar with high performance automotive tuning and wiring
  • FuelTech experience is a plus - We provide training as long as the candidate has the
    base requirements
  • Be able to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone/email
  • Good team player
  • Passionate about cars and racing
  • Willing to travel to race track days and offer professional level support to FT customers
  • Spanish speaker is a plus

JUNIOR WARRANTY ANALYST

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain detailed records of warranty claims, repairs, and costs.
  • Analyze warranty data and prepare reports that highlight trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and customer service teams to investigate product issues and implement solutions.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve warranty claims and ensure accountability.
  • Recommend process improvements that reduce costs and increase reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and warranty regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in claims processing or a similar role in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in automotive, electronics, or industrial equipment sectors.
