FULL INJECTION CONTROL

With the FT700 and FT700 Plus you will have the traditional option of maps by injection time table or by volumetric efficiency (VE). Where the fueling is calculated by taking engine volumetric characteristics and air-fuel mixture targets into account.

The new VCUs now have built-in conditioners for 2 wideband oxygen sensors with user selectable options ranging from the Bosch LSU 4.2, 4.9, 5.2 or NTK.

TOTAL CONTROL OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES

The FT700 and FT700 Plus, in addition to controlling combustion engines, are already capable of controlling fully electric or hybrid vehicles (combining electric motors and combustion engines).

Integrated controls for electric motor inverters, chargers and battery managers are already native in addition to the entire ecosystem that an electric vehicle needs.

LOG OF DAYS AND WITH SUPER SPEED

Thinking about the growing use of data, the FT700 provides up to 64Gb of data in its internal memory. That means having up to 600 hours of data logger recording!

The FT700 and FT700 Plus have also brought an evolution in the ability to acquire this data 5x faster than the previous ECU line. This means they are capable of sampling every 1 ms (millisecond), That's 1,000 samples per second! or 1,000 Hertz.

With this in mind, we added the ability to view logs directly on the VCU screen. In addition, these logs can be opened in real time. This way, as more data is captured, The log is automatically updated on the VCU screen for instant analysis.

MUCH MORE THAN LOG ANALYSIS

The big news in data analysis is the integration of the datalogger with the adjustments. This means, it will be possible to adjust the map settings on the same screen where a log is analyzed and, with that, virtual channels that replicate these changes will be displayed and updated in real time, allowing an early analysis of the changes made.

Now it will no longer be necessary to make a new run to obtain the data of the changes made, Allowing less wear and tear on your high performance engine when making adjustments to your vehicle.

With the robustness and reliability you have come to know in FuelTech products, the FT700 and FT700 Plus have protection against short circuit and overload on all outputs and inputs, in addition to having protection against power reversal, ground fault and electrical discharges. With advanced diagnostics, they will indicate any problem that arises in your installation, allowing you to quickly solve any issues.

FLEXIBILITY IN DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS

The FT700 and FT700 Plus were developed with premium metal alloys and carbon fiber infused plastics, making them light and extremely durable, we have also maintained the IP67 standard, ensuring a waterproof VCU. This VCU is modular, so its front fairing can be removed, further expanding the possibilities of integration into your vehicle's interior. The fastening system uses the same thread pattern already established in the FT600 line, with optimized positions for DIN standard applications. In applications without fairing, it has internal mounting points to enable seamless installation where space is limited.

The FT700 and FT700 Plus have 20 configurable LEDs, 4 on each side of the screen. Additionally, the RPM LED bar now features 12 configurable LEDs. In response to requests, the VCUs now have two USB-C ports: one on the front and one on the back, facilitating and expanding the possibilities of use.

A great novelty is the multimedia connector, allowing inputs for cameras and audio connections, thus allowing the presence of camera images in the interface, as well as audiovisual interactions.

INFINITE POSSIBILITIES

The FT700 and FT700 Plus have 36 inputs for fully configurable sensors, logged and displayed in real time on the screen. 8 of them with very high speed and resolution readings of up to 400 kilohertz or 400,000 times per second! Which allows the use of this VCU as a powerful engine development tool, with reading possibilities including cylinder pressure sensors.

6 VR inputs: 2 of these inputs are used for engine trigger and phase reading, the other 4 inputs can read inductive or speed sensors, including original vehicle wheel speed sensors
